Does that include reparations to descendants of former WHITE slaves?

Best estimates of the entire history of the slave trade to the New World, according to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Database, 12.5 million Africans were shipped to the New World. 10.7 million survived the dreaded Middle Passage, disembarking in North America, the Caribbean and South America.  
And how many of these 10.7 million Africans were shipped directly to North America? Only about 388,000. That’s right: a tiny percentage.   By 1860, the final census taken before the American Civil War, there were four million slaves in the US.

However by the 18th century White slaves out numbered black African slaves.  By some estimates as many as 500,000.

Are the descendants of those former White slaves entitled to reparations?

Only in the last century has the shocking history of slavery been selectively read through the lens of American race issues and that for political gain.

Where would the US get $14 TRILLION?  Why out of thin air of course...Has anyone really given any though to how inflationary that would be.  And in a short 6 months that money would be in the hands of the elite wealthy in the US because *** would blow it all and be broke.
