china plans one step further. china has sent an engineering team to the moon. china will use the moon's material to build Saturn like rings around the moon. some of the rings will become stationary relay points between the moon and earth. others will rotate around the moon. while on the sunny side of the moon they will heat up, on the shadow side of the moon they will cool. you know why.

No rings around any planet are stationary. Rings are caused by small particles in orbit.
