Mayor Adams did not cause this problem, Congress did, by not hiring enough immigration judges and not reforming the immigration laws.

IF YOU GAVE ME A CHOICE TO FEED THE STARVING HOMELESS AMERICAN CITIZENS OR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, IM FEEDING AMERICAN CITIZENS. 
ADAMS MAY HAVE NOT CAUSED THE NATIONAL PROBLEM, BUT ACTUALLY DID PUT HIMSELF IN THE SITUATION WHEN AS A SANCTUARY CITY, HE WELCOMED THE ILLEGALS.
CONGRESS FAILED NO ONE.
THE BIDEN CRIME ORGANIZATION CREATED EVERY BIT OF THE PROBLEM VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW TITLE 8 SECTION 1325 WITH INTENT. IMPEACHMENT SHOULD BE THE LEAST OF HIS PROBLEMS.

THEY DO AND DESERVE IT.
THE ONLY ISSUE IS THEY WILL BE SPREADING TO RED STATES.
