Vigilantism is what we get when you mix capable, moral and protective people with a lack of effective policing.  Vigilantism is not a bad thing, not at all.  In fact, we need much more of it.  In our parks, our subways, our buses, sidewalks, streets and anywhere a rogue individual decides to verbally or physically abuse others.  These abusive thugs need to be put down, and put down swiftly.  The Vigilante, who is reacting to an angry, violent thug must be protected from prosecution and lawsuits in the same manner as police officers.  Because, when the police are not there, it takes Vigilantes to keep our public places safe for the rest of us.

Going for every hot button issue imaginable aren't you? You are so desperate for complete social chaos when it isn't necessary to end time your competition exists.

you know the reaction to vigilantism is don't you? The vigilant person gets murdered by by the rest of the mob or prosecuted worse than the person eliminate was ever prosecuted.

Even goes to trial twice if not convicted in criminal charges. wrongful death suit. So much for that double jeopardy thing of the same event.

Exactly. Thank God for the second amendment. I have heard some dims/lefty actually claim that we don't need guns to protect ourselves, we have the police.

Vigilantism is necessary.  When police have been neutered and have been told to "go easy" on thuggish criminals, Vigilantism is all we decent people have left.

People are forced to be vigilant when the law cannot or will not protect them. Vigilant or Die? I'll choose vigilant every time. There is nothing illegal about being a vigilante, if you do it within the law. Everyone has the right to protect themselves, anywhere.

what separates self defense from vigilantism? 5th party interpretation through a chain of command top down or inside out.

Ounce of prevention is worth lifetimes lost by corruption demanding human rights to direct social outcomes of the next 4 generation gaps as used against them since birth last 4 generations.

guess why revenge and vengeance never resolve eternal conflicting information about how evolving happens in plain sight?

Guess again why democracies last a few generations longer than dictatorships but always end with civil war before getting conquered by other ideologies.

Hope faith, and charity lead people to believe now isn't the universal point of balancing between added into and adding others after or not in this adapt or become extinct environment equally for each reproduction alive.

It's open to interpretation.

you really missed my point didn't you?

Vigilantism is defined by chain of command demanding people wait to be rescued by society and anyone defending themselves will be held for insubordination against rule of law and the "authorities" establishing the value of social rank by morality, legality, ethics, economic status to rank gets privileges those sacrificing biological time to save humanity pay for feeling larger than simply reproductively here as equally timed apart.

Ever hear of mind over matter, symbolism over substance, context decides value of content naturally displaced, reverse psychology, inverted logic like think outside a box to get pinned into a social narrative ancestrally forward here?
