No, I mean the opposite of adding a friend.  I added @peepee  as a foe, and it not even reflected in my profile or his.  I am disappointed.

why would it? Sooner or later they would become allies.

If they respond to you it will still show in notifications but it doesn't jump out at you. It just shows the slime bag's name but you have to click on it to read it.
