usa political system is not capable of growing the usa economy. and are managing down a shrinking economy. so they must figure out how to increase debts. things as simple as a budget, is above their intelligence. if the political system in not careful,  while managing down the usa economy, all civil hell will happen. how low will the usa economy be managed down to? watch soylent green again. /// china is leading, part of the world, into a fantastic future. nations that join with china, will prosper. nations that follow usa's downward spiral will rot.

never did grow the economy because it wasn't supposed too. But it did destroy it intentionally since 1880's. Even more after 1913 it has succeeded for the moment.

But reality isn't actual evolving life and humanity isn't a genetic species with multiple ancestral lineages by race, creed, color, national origin etc.
