9-Trilllion dollar monster, Blackrock, through woke (now called "ESG") activist investment strategies, has wrangled leftists onto boards of most major energy and oil groups in the US.  This has nothing to do with creating better returns for investors or developing profitable products.  It has everything to do with destroying companies that woke leftists don't like.

What Blackrock and Larry Fink won't tell you is that this type of activity is illegal.  It runs contrary to the duty officers and board members have to their shareholders. 
Blackrock is formed from a core group of Marxist-trained investors who's only goal is to make the world a "greener" place.  By "greener" they really mean destroying oil, gas, coal and nuclear energy companies.  This is in favor of companies that want to use government subsidies to can produce solar and windmills making far less efficient ­energy at a profit.  The problem with this is that these Blackrock appointed board members are actually working for competing companies and not for the companies they actually serve as board members.  They are opening Blackrock up to huge lawsuits from shareholders of companies like Exxon, which has had profits dip due to the antics of these woke ESG board members.  Think trojan horse - that's what's going on here, and it is absolutely illegal.

This sentiment expands beyond just being woke.  See, Blackrock is also invested in "green" companies, and this is a direct conflict of interest.   Meanwhile, Blackrock makes huge contributions to Democrat political candidates. Larry Fink is the #1 darl­ing to Democratic politicians.  And, Fink has got a lot of Marxist-leftists, all extremely rich, dumping huge amounts of cash for what they feel are“moral” stocks.  Fink and his Marxists might be laughing now, but the lawsuits are ramping up, and its starting to look like what Fink and Blackrock have been doing is downright illegal.

BlackRock is a problem, that's why I raised this as an issue to be discussed. Corporations are not the problem, but BlackRock illegally placing its people on Corporate boards, who act against the interest of these Corporations and Shareholders is the problem.  And, it's illegal. 

So, I raised this because I spot a vulnerability in BlackRock - when a rich company like this one goes off the rails and starts hurting other companies and shareholders intentionally, I say let the Lawyer-Vultures pick them apart.
