See you have been screwing yourself since 5 years old, my intellectually labeled gibberish is explaining how everyone gets away with it serving humanity since dawn of civilization started governing ancestries with corrupted power of suggesting now isn't eternity. that you closed minded intellectual bigot is why this species is within a decade of cancelling itself because honesty isn't tolerated in any social conversation or debate.
Again, humanity has backed me into my own skin genetic eternally separates ancestors occupying time now.Deezer Shoove » 27 May 2023, 6:58 am » wrote: ↑ We morons are obviously not getting your "message".
Matthew 10:14
(I'm not even religious and I fully understand the import of this passage).
Ply your idiotic ravings elsewhere... or have you?
Please take this post as a serious signal to back off.

See how that covers Darwinism and creationists alike. Academia and arts working hand in hand to keep every generation on message or else politics and religions will eliminate anyone or any ancestry resisting what people choose to believe possible democracies and dictatorships to serve gods, God, Allah, Buddha, Mother Nature, country tis of thee "we" sing and march forward training each great great grandchild to obey their 4 previous generation gaps or face shunning by family, exile by community, execution by state, nation, global laws.
I left out economics being the subliminal means to enforce it through laws ordering obey or else. Easy to keep people obedient to malcontents that work institutionally against their own species when people rather die in character than exist as equally created ancestors adapting in space sharing the moment here as genetics eternally separates active reproductions living forward here, one at a time.
Now I doubt you even read my posts coming back with a patented generalization sustaining reasonable doubt.
Vanguard is a problem too, but Blackrock is actively putting "woke" people on corporate boards for the purpose of making decisions which are contrary to the corporations' best interests.righteous » 26 May 2023, 6:55 pm » wrote: ↑ AGREED.
BLACKROCK AND VANGUARD ARE THE DRIVING FORCES OF BIG PHARMA AND MAINSTREAM MEDIA AND ARE THEIR ASSET MANAGERS. THEY ARE THE TWO TOP OWNERS OF TIME WARNER, COMCAST, DISNEY AND NEWS CORP. THATS 90 PERCENT OF U.S MEDIA. THEY FORM A SECRET MONOPOLY OWNING 1600 AMERICAN FIRMS. THEIR COMBINED OWNERSHIP ENCOMPASSES 90 PERCENT OF ALL S&P 500 FIRMS.
VANGUARD IS ACTUALLY THE LARGEST SHAREHOLDER OF BLACKROCK. THE GLOBALISTS THAT OWN VANGUARD ARE PUSHING FOR A GREAT RESET, THE CORE OF WHICH IS THE TRANSFER OF WEALTH AND OWNERSHIP FROM THE HANDS OF THE MANY INTO THE HANDS OF THE VERY FEW.

China is run by Marxist according to the tenets of Communism with Chinese characteristics, which means using capitalism as a tool for national industrial development to attain prosperity for China and its people.
Vanguard does not belong to Blackrock, and Blackrock does not belong to Vanguard. They are competitors that provide mutual funds and ETF's to the public.
I currently own shares in both Vanguard and Blackrock. My goal is to diversify investments, to preserve capital and whenever possible, to make a profit. This is a very common goal for any investor. I see no reason to boycott either firm.Skans » 28 May 2023, 9:32 am » wrote: ↑ I know who controls Blackrock and Vanguard - never said that they were controlled by the same people.
My investment approaches are more directed, so I do not use either Blackrock or Vanguard funds. When it comes to mutual funds, I essentially own 2 categories of mutual funds: 1) an old portfolio consisting of Class-A front-loaded funds that I invested in many decades ago when I was very new and somewhat timid to equity investing and 2) a portfolio of high-yield dividend funds and REITs. So, I am not a big fan of mutual funds unless you are setting up a strictly income portfolio - with little aspiration for growth outside of reinvesting dividends.Xavier_Onassis » 28 May 2023, 12:17 pm » wrote: ↑ I currently own shares in both Vanguard and Blackrock. Clearly, I do not discuss investing with Righteous. Here's the deal. Blackrock really is a problem. Whether you are liberal or conservative, it doesn't matter. When I place money with a mutual fund, and pay the fund manager a percentage fee, I expect one thing and one thing only - use 100% of your efforts to maximize the return to me, the investor. Blackrock clearly has ulterior goals. Goals not designed to make money. Therefore, Blackrock is a bad deal from anyone's perspective who is actually interested in placing their money with a mutual fund that can be trusted to invest in the best interest of the fund investors.Xavier_Onassis » 30 May 2023, 9:07 am » wrote: ↑ You did not, but righteous posted this:

Of course, "righteous" is a Putin-loving ignorant moron.
What is the law regarding placement of people on corporate boards?Skans » 26 May 2023, 10:11 am » wrote: ↑ BlackRock is a problem, that's why I raised this as an issue to be discussed. Corporations are not the problem, but BlackRock illegally placing its people on Corporate boards, who act against the interest of these Corporations and Shareholders is the problem. And, it's illegal.
So, I raised this because I spot a vulnerability in BlackRock - when a rich company like this one goes off the rails and starts hurting other companies and shareholders intentionally, I say let the Lawyer-Vultures pick them apart.
I understand what you are doing, you favor sector investing on a somewhat short-term basis. And, for that, sure, mutual funds would be the right investment choice. But, you have to acknowledge this fits a specific type of investor - one who re-allocates based upon under-performing or out-performing sectors. So, if tech is up, but banking is depressed, I'd assume you might re-allocate between tech and banking, based on a value approach. Or, if you're a momentum investor, then the opposite. You're "gambling" on how you think particular sectors will perform vs others.Xavier_Onassis » 30 May 2023, 9:22 am » wrote: ↑Not a bad strategy, but my experience is that I will benefit more by selling funds that are underperforming and buying those that are doing better in the same sector or a different sector. Since I started investing, guided by my newsletter, I tend to hold funds on average between six months and a year.
I have funds in IRA accounts, so I do not worry about taxes until I need to withdraw.
Why should I avoid any funds or ETF's managed by Blackrock or Vanguard?
Well, corporate officers have a fiduciary obligation to act in the best interest of the shareholders. This would be the same for a company like Blackrock. https://corpgov.law.harvard.edu/2021/02 ... liability/. They really open themselves up to shareholder derivative actions when the directors and officers fly off the rails and start doing "woke" things that are not in the best interest of the company and/or company shareholders.Xavier_Onassis » 30 May 2023, 9:45 am » wrote: ↑ What is the law regarding placement of people on corporate boards?
