Why not just start late paying electrical and natural gas bills to lower your credit score? In the Peoples Comm. of Mass. your power is near impossible to shut off. If you need a mortgage your mortgage interest rate will lower and you will not pay any fees. If my understanding of the rules is correct I would surely miss a credit card payment. That will lower the rating fast.
