ONCE SAUDI ARABIA JOINS BRICS, IT COULD FORCE THE EU TO DITCH THE U.S. DOLLAR AND SETTLE THE OIL AND GAS TRADE IN THE NEW CURRENCY. THE U.S WILL NO LONGER BE THE GLOBAL LEADER GIVING WAY TO A NEW FINANCIAL ORDER

Why don't the Saudis produce their own Diesel? If they do not have the refineries, they sure as hell have the money to build them.

That is not a reason for the Saudis not building their own refineries.
The Russians have build their refineries without buying equipment or expertise from the US.
