Was it a blown psy-op? I strongly suspect that it was. If not, it was the most amateurish and thoughtless self-**** in the history of amateurish and thoughtless self-****.
Psych horse spittles are very often the locus of mk ultra false flags. In a yuge number of cases where people rampage, they are in the near vicinity of, and in some measurable way associated with, one of these psyche horse spittles.
