Alissa Heinerscheid - sucks to be her!  Alissa was once touted as the first woman in charge of marketing the largest beer brand.  Now, Alissa is relegated to being the all-time stupidest marketing executive single-handedly responsible for sinking the largest beer brand in the industry.   Seriously, she made the biggest marketing blunder of all times and together with Mulvaney, will be the faces of "women" who's elitist attitude destroyed an entire company, or "companies" if you include the InBev distributors who will soon be filing for brankrutpcy.

Bud Light is dead.  Mulvaney and stupid Alissa killed it. What were these two woke dummies thinking?

Now, Michel Doukeris, CEO of InBev, is getting pressure from key shareholders to resign. There are rumors that Doukeris' head has already rolled over this, but as of yet, he's still the CEO.

Bud Light sales were awful over the Memorial day weekend.  InBev is down as well, and its stock price continues to go down.

I had a heinerscheid removed from my colon, the proctologist said it's a common ailment that happens from listening to Democrats.

I'll tell you what, if I were any other brewer in America, I'd tuck my head and thank my lucky stars - it's like a gift from Heaven.

I read a couple of stories late last week that said Molsen/Coors and Yuengling are both having to ramp up production because the current trends are running their inventories low.

They are looking at possibly running short on product over the course of the Summer if they don't get ahead of it.

LOL!  My wife and I are keeping Yuengling busy.  She used to drink Ultra and I would switch between Ultra and Bud Light.  Not anymore.  Not now.  Not ever.

Depending on the source,  BUD-Light is supposedly down 26% - 30% from last year's sales at this time... I'm wondering how those numbers are actually compiled, calculated and reported..... The Backlash isn't limited to the Bible Belt States, as many on the Left contend -- sales have crashed in every US region... You'd think those losses would be greater --  unless they are including the ocean of inventory they've had to buy back from Distributors as actual sales, and excluding the $15 rebates they are offering on 15-Packs available in 32 States in their accounting.. ...

Oh, heck yeah they are including beer given away or sold with huge rebates.   They will do some creative accounting to throw the "rebates and promotions" into next quarter's numbers while trying to report little change in sales this quarter.  It's all part of "blow-over" accounting.

And, they can get away with this.  Think about it.  Rebates can be redeemed up to 30 days.  Then there' processing time, etc. That drags it out to 60 days - well into next quarter.  And, some will forget to get their rebates.  I don't know how they will structure giving away beer as "sales", but they will do it through some creative deals with their distributors.

AB-InBev has already been downgraded as a stock.  If they reported actual sales figures in this quarter, I can assure you that it would be just too devastating for the InBev execs to deal with.  Heads will roll from the CEO on down.  Look for "one-time charge-offs" and abnormally large advertising and promotional expenses next quarter or reported in the 4th quarter.

        Yeah,
I think the Accounting Firm they're using is Siegfried & Roy... But unfortunately it's hard to create the illusion of moving inventory, when everyone can see your product is stuck on store shelves and going **** nowhere...

I've never tried it but the Yuengling Flight is supposed to be similar to Mich Ultra in calories and taste.

I'm just not a fan of light beers personally anyway. I probably haven't had a Bud Light in 20 years or better.

AB-InBev's largest shareholders are:
  • Dodge & Cox - 1.46%
  • Manufacturing Life insurance .6%
  • Fisher Asset Management .56%
  • Royal Bank of Canada .4%
So, basically Dodge & Cox, which is the top institutional holder and top mutual fund holder of AB-InBev would need to lead the charge against the current executives and officers.  ****, Dodge & Cox would be experts at Magic Accounting.  I would love to be sitting in on some D&C executive meetings concerning their AB-InBev holding.

Oh to be a fly on that Board Meeting wall indeed...
That 26%-30% drop the Public is being fed doesn't remotely reflect the true scope of the destruction that is being discussed at those senior level meetings... If we include memorial weekend sales implosion, AB is looking at a $19 Billion dive since Tranny-Gate began... Those Shareholders won't continue to absorb those losses if there's little chance they can resuscitate  the BUD-Light Brand..

More & more it's looking like the only off-ramp for AB is what we discussed earlier --- the AnHeuser Busch division of InBev sold back into American hands, or the BUD-Light Brand itself being phased out, and AB introducing a new Light Offering under a new Name...

The more I think about it, the more I believe that no existing brewing company can simply purchase Anheuser-Busch.  They are doing all they can to keep up with the increased demand.  A-B would be a huge, unneeded liability for Miller or Molson-Coors.  I think a group of all-American investors should purchase it.  Throw a popular sports figure in the mix, like Tom Brady, and it could work.

We discussed before perhaps a combination of Employees and outside Investors of American origin could put something together to buy it from InBev.... But they  would need do a major ennema of the currect AB Leadership, and bring in non-woke management...

InBev won't let it go cheap, not yet at least.  Sales would have to remain depressed for Budweiser for at least another 2-3 quarters.   Heck, InBev could even keep the breweries, but sell the recipes and the Budweiser brand-names.  Have the new company pay some kind of "royalty" to In-Bev for the next 5 years.

Hello,
Allow me to introduce myself.  I am Skans, and I represent a group of investors who would like to purchase Anheuser-Busch.
  • Price: $400,000,000 + 3% of EBIDA for 5 years
  • Close within 60 days
  • All AB breweries, branding, etc. to be included.
What do you think?  Should I hit "send"?
