ATF ‘Skeptical’ of Charging Hunter Biden

Officials at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) were reportedly “skeptical” of bringing gun-related charges against Hunter Biden due to his having no prior criminal history.

He lied on ATF form 4473 question 11e to obtain a firearm from a licensed dealer... which is a felony.

ATF Form 4473 question 11. e, which asks “are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?

He broke one of your beloved gun laws.

Form 4473 is not a questionnaire. It is a legal Federal document, and if caught lying on one, it's a felony that carries a possible 10 year sentence.

https://www.atf.gov/news/pr/federal-pro ... ansactions

The DOJ prosecutes around 5000 cases a year for falsifying the document. I don't see why Hunter shouldn't be one of them.

I mean, do you believe in abiding by the law or what?
