Mexican TV reports that dozens of U.S. AT-4 weapons systems, which were originally shipped to Ukraine, have been purchased by Cartel Golfo in Mexico.

then clearly these weapons are spread all over the world.

Well, we knew it was going to happen .....
The real story is ....
so did our intelligence community or at least they should have considering The Ukrainians long track record  of black market dealings.... .
especially nuclear material which lead to global pressure to give up their nukes and which lead to the signing of the Lisbon protocol in 1992.

our government knows that this is happening

CBS did a documentary about it and the pentagon and Ukraine talked them into pulling it

I posted it from youtube a while back, but it looks like it was scrubbed
