MY OPINIONATED THOUGHT IS THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE ABILITY OF RUSSIA TO SUSTAIN ITS ECONOMY WITH SANCTIONS. THE DOLLAR ACCOUNTS FOR LESS THAN 15 PERCENT OF RUSSIAS CURRENCY RESERVES.
