THE VIDEO TAPES USED IN THE TRIALS WERE DOCTORED UP WITH FAKE AUDIO. THE RECORDING CAMERAS AT THE CAPITOL DID NOT HAVE AUDIO RECORDING CAPABILITIES. LAW PROFESSOR DERSHOWITZ STATES THE LAWYER OR LAWYERS WHO SUBMITTED THE EVIDENCE COULD AND SHOULD BE BARRED FROM PRACTICING
