Ponder this:  As far as classified documents go, how would the prosecution handle the fact that, in order to view the evidence, (which would literally be the classified documents) address the clearances needed to view said classified documents? Jury, judge, lawyers, would all need clearances!!   

It isn't about whether the documents were declassified at all.
It's about trump not giving back to the country that which wasn't his.
There mist definitely be a trial and trump will most likely be found guilty of obstruction.

If what you say is accurate, then NO ONE can ever be tried for stealing documents.

Of course, it is NOT accurate.

**** it's not accurate.  The only people I have heard of going to trial on classified document issues were military or government. Just about everyone has clearance.  Most , if not all of the recent cases all pleaded out and got reduced sentences. Trump is a civilian.   If you have proof of someone going to civilian trial for having classified information  in their possession,  please provide a link.

As far as obstruction goes, why did the investigators tell Trump to add additional security to the storage room at Mar A Largo?
