All the ones YOU mentioned are either fighting for THEIR OWN Rights, OR the Rights of OTHERS... Russia, Iran and China however... are looking to expand THEIR EMPIRES... by conquering neighbors, using the OUTDATED and ILLEGITIMATE arguments of: "National Security", "Jihad", or the "Right of Control" !   ALL contrived excuses to justify CONQUEST... and IGNORING the rights of those being CONQUERED !!

Im not sure Trump was intentionally funding ISIS because most of this 

foreign policy crime happens no matter who is President.
