The social-media soap opera began in 2022 when Jones, originally from California, posted on his personal Facebook page a cryptic letter allegedly written in December 2021 by an 85-year-old retired California judge, Keith M. Alber. The letter claimed that the current endangered state of American democracy was predicted with frightening accuracy in the 1950s. The judge's shocking claim spawned a frenzied reaction on social media.
"My first year of college was 68 years ago," Alber wrote in a brief letter to The Epoch Times in December 2021.

"One class I took was political science. A half-page of my textbook essentially outlined a few steps to overturn democracy." Alber’s letter enumerated those steps: "1) Divide the nation philosophically. 2) Foment racial strife. 3) Cause distrust of police authority. 4) Swarm the nation’s borders indiscriminately and unconstitutionally. 5) Engender the military strength to weaken it. 6) Overburden citizens with more unfair taxation. 7) Encourage civil rioting and discourage accountability for all crime. 8) Control all balloting. 9) Control all media."

It also spawned heated debate online — with members of each end of the American political spectrum claiming the other side was responsible for the fascist dystopia outlined by the judge. Many people, however, doubted the authenticity of the letter, especially with the judge's failure to cite the name of the textbook. TRUMP ISSUES STATEMENT AFTER META ANNOUNCES END OF 2-YEAR FACEBOOK BAN, ALLOWING HIM TO RETURN TO PLATFORMSnopes.com weighed in, claiming last May that it talked to Alber and that the letter was authentic. Alber died later last year. But, the outlet wrote, "One of the more popular postings of the article came from a Facebook account named Chad Jones. As of mid-May 2022, that post had been shared more than 11,000 times."Jones was unaware that his post had gone viral until Fox News Digital contacted him last week.
"The silent majority is no longer silent like they used to be."
Meta blocked him from his Facebook account soon after he posted the letter. He couldn’t get access to the post, even as it continued to ignite thousands of responses. "When I looked at the letter, it really struck me as a variation of Saul Alinsky's ‘Rules for Radicals,’" said Jones when asked what prompted him to share the letter.

I'll be darned...this is exactly what the dems are doing. You know...that party that claims others are a threat to democracy.

Projection is classic leftism.

They were teaching what the Dems and other elements are doing to destroy democracy 68 years ago in political science classes .....
But back then it was all theoretical. ....
It must have been terrifying for Judge Alber to witness what was once a theoretical prediction become reality in a country he loved and served for so long.
I spit on all of you blind and brainwashed Americans whom blindly support the demise of America a country that gave you everything you could have possibly wanted for a good life that the rest of the world used to envy.
And don't try those tired old **** tactics of pointing fingers, or using race, quality of life, or inequality to try and make excuses for your failures because Ultimately and unequivocally citizens of any Democracy must first take responsibility for themselves for any Democracy to survive regardless of their station in life.
Americans have forgotten what it took to rise as a beacon of light in a world full of darkness, Why are ancestors most of which came here with nothing but a dream or how it took blood, sweat, tears and sacrifice to carve out a better life and futures for their families and nothing was given to them freely except freedom and hope and they thrived.
We like all young countries before us did partake in slavery for a brief dark period in our rise and yes some slaves were brutally treated but the 13th Amendment in 1865 put a stop to this practice and it has been 158 years since then and in 1964 ....59 years ago the civil rights act was enacted into law and since then a great many African Americans have taken personal responsibility that a Democracy demands and have flourished in all walks of American life just as every other racial group that has chosen to take responsibility as a citizen of our Democracy must do for it to thrive.
But now the future of this country is now in question because we as Americans forgot our responsibilities to have to a thriving Democracy because many of us have allowed ourselves to be manipulated and brainwashed by so many elements that want to see this Democracy destroyed and the list iof all those elements that seek to destroy us and our democracy is much too large to be named in a single post but I will name a few of them here right now.
What Judge Alber pointed out is probably the biggest element that seeks to destroy our Democracy and Freedom a once theoretical road map of how to destroy our Democracy which Saul Alinsky obviously plagiarized for his Marxist agenda ...an agenda that was embraced by the
Treacherous Extreme left-wing of the Democrat party which for decades was hidden from most Americans but was being used to slowly subvert and brainwash a good portion of our weak minded citizens as well as our easily manipulated youth through the subversion of our academic system because these people and our youth did not just wake up one morning and decide to foster anti-American Marxist views ....they were conditioned and are still being conditioned to this day.

And all because we as a country put your guard down because of the false notion and false sense of security that this could never happen here......which isn't very responsible of any citizen of a Democracy.
Our politicians can no longer be trusted to save this Democracy because many have had a hand in trying to destroy it while others are compromised by other Agenda's which are also elements that are trying to destroy our Democracy.

Which leaves US The American people as the last best chance of saving this Democracy ...
The only question that remains is will we shirk our reponsibilties we have as citizens of a Democracy ......because if we do and allow those whom want to destroy our Democracy to keep dividing us ........our Democracy will fall.

Yep, and you would think that with the exception of Gen Z most of those people whom have embraced anti-Americanism while being brainwashed by the false promises that this marxist agenda uses ....should have known better because of most of the witnessing the false promises of Communism/Marxism during the cold war.

yes....communism is horrible....here is a video clip of me when I was an "Ice Boy" in China.  While visiting China in my most deepest thoughts I was adopted by the Wang family.....you guessed it....the whole think left a bad taste in my mouth about communism....more of a Wang actually.

I escaped and became known as Chu Mi Long Dong in the Chinese citrus industry doing see-food porn with chickens
