Burried deep inside the article is one line that reveals the truth of what happened. The black "child then went back inside their home and told their mother – Owens – about the incident, who went to the neighbor’s home to “confront” her, Woods (the shooter).

They are respecters of persons, not of laws. The other scene is in VA and seven people got shot and two are dead.
The two dead and they are both black....
But the shooter is black too and it's not mentioned....
Why is this?
