"Jack Smith, the far left partisan who Garland appointed as Special Counsel, has a disturbingly lawless career. Smith had one case overturned by the Supreme Court for lying and withholding evidence. Smith was an instrumental player in the IRS conservative targeting scandal before the 2012 election."

Are people naïve for expecting your side to not lie?
No, I'm not raking through history to 'provide links'. If you can't directly dispute a point, then question your own links.

well, I think if I were the defense lawyer, I'd get me some declassified files with "classified markings" and hand them to the jury.
Then tell them you're are looking at classified markings and nobody is gonna do anything to you.

Maybe they can do that...but I don't think it's about finding Trump guilty. It's about keeping a cloud over his head until 2024.

Like may times before...the dems are undermining our democracy while blaming others of doing it.

Jack Smith was part of the IRS' abuse of conservatives under Obama.

I said he could have them, along with 75 million other working Americans. Your problem is knowing they contain evidence of widespread Democrat corruption.
