For the second time in just a few months, we have another politically motivated indictment against Donald Trump. First, Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, charged President Trump, reviving a zombie case and untested legal theory, raising charges to a felony from a misdemeanor for the sole purpose of “getting Trump.” Meanwhile, crime has skyrocketed in New York, and his cashless bail policies let felony criminals back on the street, proving the Trump charges were politically motivated. Now, The Biden Justice Department’s handpicked special counsel is charging Donald Trump. This comes on the day that Congress shined a light on a document in possession of the FBI, alleging that Joe Biden was paid and bribed $5 million from Burisma, a company that his son Hunter Biden, who is also under federal investigation, sat on the board. These weak charges represent the latest attempt to weaponize the government against Donald Trump to stop him from ever occupying the oval office again. 

This is a continuation of the false and disproven smears of Russia collusion dating back to his first run for the U.S. presidency. Political opportunists at the Department of Justice (DOJ) used erroneous information to target Trump during his 2016 campaign. Only 19 minutes after he was sworn into office, The Washington Post reported that the campaign to impeach President Trump had begun. The entire basis for claims of Trump being in cahoots with Russia was based on a faulty dossier, paid for by his political opponents and then weaponized by federal agencies to delegitimize the duly elected 45th commander-in-chief. 

 
 

As former Justice Gorsuch's law clerk, Mike Davis, has pointed out on multiple occasions, President Trump had the authority to declassify these documents, and under The Presidential Records Act, he had the legal authority to handle and store these documents. Do you know who did not have the legal authority to declassify documents and the Presidential Records Act did not apply too? Then Vice-President and Senator Joe Biden. It came out recently that Joe Biden stole documents and stored them in unsecured places like his garage and the unguarded Penn Biden Center. This is a clear double standard from the Biden Justice Department, which raided Trump’s home, but not Biden's. They have also charged Trump with espionage, even though he had the authority to declassify and handle documents under the Presidential Records Act, but still have not charged Biden. The Biden Department of Justice still has not charged Hunter Biden. The Obama Department of Justice refused to charge Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information on her private server. Any honest observer can see the double standard and can smell the weaponization from miles away. MSNBC host Rachel Madow said the quiet part out loud yesterday: this is all about the Biden DOJ stopping Trump from running for office and winning. 

The handpicked Special Counsel by Joe Biden’s Attorney General also has massive issues in terms of political bias and targeting conservatives. Jack Smith was involved in the IRS scandal, which targeted conservative groups. Jack Smith was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court 9-0 after he targeted Republican Governor Bob McDonnell on bogus charges. Jack Smith’s wife also donated $2000.00 to Joe Biden and helped produce a Netflix Documentary for Michelle Obama. This is a common theme, as the Judge in Trump’s New York case donated money to Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. How can President Trump expect equal justice under the law when judges are donating to his political opponent, and Biden’s DOJ is targeting his leading political opponent for 2024? 

They targeted Trump with the Russia hoax, and it failed. They targeted Trump with sham impeachments; they failed. After Trump was charged in the New York case, he surged in the polls. Voters are smart, and they can see when political bias is on display. The timing is suspect, and there are no coincidences in politics; Trump is charged the same day Congress exposed that Joe Biden allegedly took a bribe from Burisma for $5 million. President Trump is running away with the Republican nomination, beating all of his opponents by over 30 points. He matches up the most strongly against Joe Biden as well. Our country is heading in the wrong direction, and they know that Trump will not be defeated at the ballot box, so instead, they are using the full force of the federal government in an attempt to thwart him. Voters will send a message in 2024 that targeting your political opponent is chilling and wrong in America. The only way to stop the madness is by electing Donald Trump.
