I dunno every weekend in Chicago been like 50/60 separate shootings "reported"

About a dozen of them become "official" Homicide Cases..

Maybe we don't put some folks in their places anymore.

Somebody got Mental or "Substance Abuse" Issues there is "Help" 4 that too..

But...are they willing 2 "Surrender" let ya take em in & learn a "Program"
