The PRIMARY REASONS why the Indictments of President Donald Trump will NEVER hold up... in an HONEST COURT and with an HONEST Judge:

1)  EVERY COUNT of the indictment references Penal Law §175.1 (Thirty Four (34) counts)... where it attempts to accuse Donald Trump of "willful intent to defraud and intent to commit other illegal acts"... AND, NEVER ONCE references the Presidential Records Act..

"The Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978, 44 U.S.C. ß2201-2209, governs the official records of Presidents and Vice Presidents that were created or received after January 20, 1981 (i.e., beginning with the Reagan Administration). The PRA changed the legal ownership of the official records of the President from private to public, and established a new statutory structure under which Presidents, and subsequently NARA, must manage the records of their Administrations.  The PRA was amended in 2014, which established several new provisions."

2)  The Presidential Records Act... which is the Pre-EMINANT law on Presidential Records, AND their handling by current or EX Presidents of the United States that:

• Establishes a process by which the President may restrict and the public may obtain access to these records after the President leaves office; specifically, the PRA allows for public access to Presidential records through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) beginning five years after the end of the Administration, but allows the President to invoke as many as six specific restrictions to public access for up to twelve years.
•  
• Codifies the process by which former and incumbent Presidents conduct reviews for executive privilege prior to public release of records by NARA (which had formerly been governed by Executive order 13489).

3)  "The Presidential Records Act" is a SPECIFIC LAW written SPECIFICALLY FOR the handling of JUST such records by current and former Presidents of the United States, is SPECIFIC regarding a Presidents control OVER such records, takes PRECIDENCE OVER Penal Law §175.1... AND, Speaks VOLUMES that IT was NEVER even MENTIONED in the Indictment documents...

AND WHY you might ask was the "Presidential Records Act" NEVER mentioned in the indictment? Well, because it BLOWS the entire case made by the DA's indictment COMPLETELY out of the water.... AND, THIS Lawsuit is SIMPLY ANOTHER attempt to TAINT Donald Trump with the American people before the 2024 election... AND to TAMPER, TAINT, and SMEAR Donald Trump... WITHOUT ANY REAL FACTS or EVIDENCE... AND to INFLUENCE the 2024 election AGAINST Donald Trump !!!

I have said MANY times... the Democrats, the Deep State, and the Fake News Media are all TERRIFIED of Donald Trump... because if given a free reign... HE will DESTROY EVERYTHING that they are trying to achieve...

WHICH, I personally believe is the PROMOTION of their personal Power, and the POWER of the Rich Elites over the PEOPLE of America... COUPLED with, and in addition to... the Destruction of:

1)  Our Democracy,
2)  Our Constitution, and
3)  Our EQUAL Justice under the LAW !!

It's the ONLY thing that makes any sense !
