The EU has confiscated 200 billion euros ($215.5 billion) and a separate 20 billion euros ($21.5 billion) in assets across the bloc that belong to the Russian central bank and to Russian private individuals.  NATO and the EU have pledged to use these assets to 1) help Ukraine fight Russia and 2) to rebuild Ukraine after the war.

The Micex and MOEX were closed down for over a month.  They are both at only half what they were worth per-Ukraine War.  And, even that data can't be believed because Russia has been grossly manipulating it.

Russia's Euros that were confiscated by the EU were never ours. Now, I don't have any problem with the US sicking their lawyers on that money to grab as much as they can, but it's just going to help bloat the government even more than it is.
