   Easy to ignore problems until the day your own individual person/persons are banished from whatever corporation commune income that you are collecting for one reason or another and your ability to become self employed or even have a bank account is no longer allowed because even one of your thoughts might harm the commune. My brain started laughing as soon as I read your title. The joke is "What separates the Net payments from Gross incoming?". You recite costs from last year, then news keeps saying millions have crossed this year alone. so in two more years that will be 450 billion as illegals triple the numbers here already.

The USA government should be paying for training in Vocational Technical Schools = learning skills that will allow

Gross and net incomes are the reverse of gross and net spending. So tax on gross incomes but spend by gross costs creates an ever expanding debt through interpretation of life beyond evolving as eternally separated now.
