cd interest will continue to rise. today people get the best rates on 3 month cd's. then keep having to look for another. soon cd etf's will open. they will buy up all the best short term cd's. distributing monthly dividends to etf holders. problem. when the cd etf's are issued, their market price will be high. then decline by around 30%. wait for the sell off.

I wouldn't play something like this long term...the feds could do a turnaround...short term (1 or 2 years maybe)...might be nice.

I just invested in a couple of CD's. Special rate for 11 months (highest %) 5.25% Not bad for a short term. Longer term paid less.

CD's are a rather poor investment. 5.25% is a much better than average rate. Kiplinger's Finance Magazine always posts the best rates for these.

I do very well. Don't ever put all your eggs in one basket.  Real estate is my major investment. Rent only goes up. 800k at 5.25 is ok for now. Rates will be going up with you stupid Dems incharge.
