due to usa sanctions, the price of food in russia is in a deep depression. surplus food has caused some food to be given away. while food in usa is not affordable for low income families. yes! low income russians eat stakes. low income usa workers eat rats.

Let's follow the logic, shall we, even assuming everything you say is 100% true:

• Food prices in Russia are in a deep depression.  Supply far outpaces demand, causing prices to drop drastically, similarly to when oil dropped to near zero a few years ago.
• Food is perishable. So, no matter how much is being produced, whatever is not consumed becomes unusable waste.
• Food manufacturers cannot continue to operate at a loss.
• Growers and manufacturers will not be able to afford to continue operations - they will close up and cease to exist.
• Russia will soon be completely dependent upon foreign growers and manufacturers for their food supply
• Cost will be many multiples of what Russians have gotten used to paying for food.
• Russians will not be able to afford food, and they can no longer produce food.
• Russians will starve to death in a great famine.

If this is true, then Walkingstick is a liar.  It's one or the other - can't be both. I suspect that Walkingstick is right and Russia's economy is in the ****.
