Russia has already deployed the AVANGARD hypersonic nuke missile.
Likely in the next few months the larger SARMAT will be deployed.
If loaded with 15 warheads its capability would be to level an area
275 miles x 275 miles. Roughly the size of UK Trans-Land.
Sarmat will by far be the most advanced nuke and delivery system of any country.
America's most current nuke delivery system was built in the 70s - Minutemen 3.
America's current project Sentinel as the upgrade looks to be in service in 7-10 years.
