A place that is supposed to be home to everyone becomes home to no one. Because the human brain, still mired in thousands of years of evolutionary behavior adapted to scarcity, will not accept techno abundance that has only existed for half a century.
Human behavior is adapted to tribalism, racism, us vs them dynamics. diversity fails.
