Joe Biden is going into hiding.  If the Republicans want to win the election against Biden, they will need to devise methods of forcing Biden to make appearances, answer questions and engage in debates.  Because, if he isn't forced to do so, he won't.  Why?  Because he can't and his handlers won't let him even attempt it.
