There’s no proof why, all that climate change occurred eons before human existence.

If the climate is slowly changing today, man isn’t capable of explaining it, much less causing it.

I suggest you research geo-engineering of the last 30 years ....
Without going into detail and causing myself a lot of grief and aggravation. ..I know for a fact we can manipulate , control and wesponize the weather in large geographical areas.

I’m convinced that changing the climate of the earth is beyond man’s power to do if he tried with everything he can devise.

Biden is only doing this study as a sop to young  voters, who are convinced that their grand children will suffer, if we do nothing.
