I've seen this before and I'm aware of his brain damage.  And, that was what, 30 years ago?

correct. I just recently saw this for the first time. They scrubbed it from the internet for a while

The Biden folks are good at scrubbing a lot of things from the internet.  They tried to scrub the videos and images of Biden being led around by the Easter Bunny.  But, too many people saved them and they went viral before they could get rid of this. 

But, do this, try to find a photo of the person who was in the Easter Bunny costume.  Not so easy to find.

It's not his ability to speak. It's his ability to think.

So that operation was a success. He can articulate his tongue and mouth.
He just can't muster the sharpness to process his thoughts. He doesn't know what to say.

What happened to all the "stuttering speech impediment" crap we were told?
