Americans have the right of habeas  corpus.

So long as the civil courts are open, any judge will issue a writ to the officer in charge of your internment and charges must be brought, or you will be ordered released.

Article One, Section 9, clause 2,

“"The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

I'm sure the internment camps in the Liberal demographics will have latrines to accomodate all 58 genders....

I can think of about 125,000 people that would disagree with you

The very maddest I was at Ronald Reagan was paying reparations to the Japanese American inmates of WW2 internment camps.

The Japanese held many more Americans and our allies in their internment camps than ours, and theirs were brutal, ours humane, subject to inspections, and wide open to the press.
