in the 1950's usa tested lots on atom bombs in nevada. and polluted a nevada underground water reservoir. now comes a major problem.  underground rare earth deposits are in the area. open pit mining would cause the atom bomb pollution to leak into the colorado river reservoir.   OUCH! usa must have the minerals! solution: windmills would pump the nuclear waist into the snake river of idaho. then the pollution would flow out into the pacific ocean. harming no one in nevada, arizona or california. in usa, majority of politicians rule.

Only a Democrat, could get away with the full throttle mining for rare earth minerals the Biden administration has approved.
