I think we all were taught the white sellers swapped $24 worth of beads and trinkets for Manhattan Island.
And we all learned about the Trail of Tears, and how the whites broke one treaty after another with the Indians, and Wounded Knee.
Our ancestors didn’t steal their land, they cheated them out of their land. We have the deeds, they have desolate reservations on land so poor we couldn’t imagine anyone wanting it.
I’m for keeping our ill gotten gains.
But I think I’ll have some Cherry Garcia.
Those folks, have a big set.

I think what’s happening is certain huge corporate consumer products peddlers have crunched all the data, and use “woke ness” to market the majority of decent people who aren’t MAGA.
They have to be careful their customers aren’t buying their products at package stores and beer joints.
But this looks like a trend in marketing
