The fact of the matter is: ballots are only sent to registered voters and ballots returned by those registered voters are not counted until they are validated.

they weren't.
Arizona had over 200000 signatures "validated" in less than 3 seconds each!
And the court concluded that they "were" validated by a judge that was removed from an investment firms board for some reason and was part of the accusation that got that Arizona Senator removed from office..
what a farce!

it was all over the wide screen for the world to see that the fake fascist republican party has been trying to steal the election beginning on Jan 6th Insurrection day............still after nearly two years we find that if any one was committing election fraud it is the Fake Fascist Republican Party..............
