Explain why he, himself, said he would probably be arrested for saying what he was saying - displaying mens rea.maineman » 14 Jul 2023, 12:06 pm » wrote: ↑ There is nothing illegal about suggesting to a group of people that you think they should go into the US Capitol the next day. He never urged anyone to overthrow the government.
Mainegirl says urging them to do an illegal thing was not illegal.
You're right, no one did, pimple head.

Explain why others were arrested for saying the same thing.
If what Epps urged was legal, why were people arrested for following his advice?
Hate to tell you PUSSIFIEDCUCK, but EPPS is claiming that he was INFORMED IN MAY that CHARGES WERE COMING!!maineman » 14 Jul 2023, 11:36 am » wrote: ↑ If you want to charge Epps with a crime, quote the statute he broke, not some namby-pamby internet dictionary definition that talks about "rebelling against a monarch".
And I will say unequivocally that I used to shout "go go go" damned near every time my defenseman son stole the puck at the blue line and it NEVER caused a riot.
So, you were ducking pertinent questions in favor of tussling with a low brow nit wit?
So, GOING INTO THE CAPITOL was not an attempt to overthrow the government, then.
hang mike pence
Going into the capitol is not an attempt to overthrow the government. I have gone into that very building on numerous occasions and none of my visits there had absolutely nothing to do with overthrowing the government. Now...breaking through police barriers, smashing doors and windows, and storming inside the building with the stated intention of hanging the vice president and disrupting the peaceful transfer of power DOES have something to do with overthrowing the government.Cannonpointer » 14 Jul 2023, 12:28 pm » wrote: ↑ So, GOING INTO THE CAPITOL was not an attempt to overthrow the government, then.
Okay.
Why were people arrested for no more than going in - no other behavior cited?
You aren't making any sense.
Why were crowds on Jan 5, in response to Epps' urging,[sic] shouting, "FED! FED! FED!"?
In your narrative, you owe an explanation why Epps was suspected of being a federal agent provocateur both before and after the event.
going into the capitol is not illegal.HillaryClinton » 14 Jul 2023, 12:14 pm » wrote: ↑ Mainegirl says urging them to do an illegal thing was not illegal.
If what he told them to do was not illegal, why were the people who did it arrested?

I would ask that you be precise.
Epps did not do what YOUR definition says.BuckNaked » 14 Jul 2023, 1:22 pm » wrote: ↑ wtf someone used the word sedition in a post words have meanings
There was no other way in - so what Epps urged was precisely that.maineman » 14 Jul 2023, 12:36 pm » wrote: ↑ Going into the capitol is not an attempt to overthrow the government. I see Epps encouraging that behavior in the video you were provided.maineman » 14 Jul 2023, 12:47 pm » wrote: ↑ going into the capitol is not illegal.
breaking down police barriers, assaulting LEO's, smashing doors and windows is.
See the difference?
Of course not. You prefer weak posters you can buffalo.
you contradict yourself.Cannonpointer » 14 Jul 2023, 1:41 pm » wrote: ↑ There was no other way in - so what Epps urged [sic]was precisely that.
By your own admission, you lied that Epps' behavior was legal.
What made you feel the need to lie?
Also, many people were WAVED IN BY POLICE - you have already seen the evidence.
Why do you feel the need to mouth-****?
What he says contradicts YOU, not me. If he broke no law, as you ****, why would he suggest that he DID break the law?maineman » 14 Jul 2023, 1:44 pm » wrote: ↑ you contradict yourself.
Epps himself expects to be indicted. He said as much last month, I believe.
No, I do not think that way. If and when he is indicted, THAT would mitigate against my claim. But going on three years out and hundreds of arrests later, he is still not indicted.maineman » 14 Jul 2023, 1:44 pm » wrote: ↑That sort of give[SIC] lie to the "Epps is a Fed" line, doncha think?
