LAST YEAR BIDEN DENOUNCED THE USE OF CLUSTERBOMBS CALLING THEIR USE AN ACT OF WAR CRIMES.
THE U.S. HAS A HISTORY OF THE USE OF CLUSTERBOMBS. IN VIETNAM, THIRTY PERCENT OF THE 270 MILLION BOMBS DROPPED DID NOT DEPLOY. TODAY, THESE BOMBS HAVE CONTINUED TO DETONATE ON CIVILIANS KILLING AND INJURING MANY EVEN TODAY.
