I suppose if the guy changes to a *** flag, he'll be left alone. Camp, ****, piss, litter, and be a public nuisance and a potential danger in the same spot, and the city allows it.
This country's backbone is disintegrating before our eyes in a very short time span. Counter-culture is working. How and why people want this is too bizarre for me to understand.
