They still refuse Medicaid expansion in many red states.

Russian soldiers are being massacred by accurate artillery fire for which they have no counter battery support.

50,000 of their best troops are dead and 150,000 more in hospitals in Russia with severe wounds.
The Russian conscripts at the front are green, raw troops.
There is no 300,000 man relief column.

They must not realize what hypocrites they are or they’d not have said it.
I like em better when they are searching for answers to what happened in Benghazi or going through Hunter’s laptop. They do no harm, then .

I love to stop my our local courthouse, and just visit with the commissioners.
They are in charge of keeping up 600 miles of gravel roads in the county. Nobody ever calls them up and says thanks when the road grader goes by.
About thirty years ago we had the best head commissioner in this county we’ve ever had.
He retired from owning a car dealership and his son in law embezzled money from another dealership so he paid it all back to keep his grandchildren’s father from prison. It busted him.
So he goes to work, as head commissioner. It was an elected position, but he’d run unopposed.
When he took over the county was almost broke. When he finally got so old he couldn’t do it, the county was flush the roads good, courthouse remodeled, and a new jail.
One day I was in there loafing, and a citizen came in, with a petition.
There is one subdivision in this county outside of a city, and they wanted paved streets and public water.
Bob looked at the man and said I’ve already thought of all the possible ways to pave those streets.
I truly want, to pave your streets.
But this county has no equipment to maintain paved roads.
Will you help pass a bond issue for paving the gravel roads, plus a road tax to maintain those roads?
The man said we don’t want to raise our taxes, we want our roads paved.
Bob said then take up a collection for paving equipment and for paving your roads.
Because however much I want to pave them, it isn’t free.

What eats at me, is Josh Hawley is supposed to want to pay those doctors who help sick people.
I’d guess most of those doctors are Republicans, too.
He surely was not raised to be opposed to what is good.
MAGA is a cancer that eats away at all decency we are all taught while we were growing up.
I knew Dreamers were safe from deportation so long as they keep up their registrations and don’t commit deportable offenses. I knew MAGA hates them and would round every one up tomorrow if they only could.
But I’d not considered, they can’t buy insurance, they aren’t eligible for Medicaid, and if they get sick a doctor has to treat them on his own.
It might cost too much, but we should all want that remedied.
