Obamas plan with ISIS failed miserably in Syria. The goal was for ISIS to take out Assad and take control of the country.
Then Putin entered the war and decimated ISIS and ruined Murica's schemes and plans.
Now in the east of Syria, the land Murica has stolen, ISIS is bored with nothing to do.
Some are speculating MAFIA DC may send 5,000 to Ukraine.
Another "game changer"....
