usa and Argentina increasing interest to crash the market value of their debt. then both nations will buy back their debt on the market for cents on the dollar. look for usa interest rates to climb to over 16%. /// rather than increasing interest rates, usa should have a new money exchange. over 39% of usa dollars could not be returned due to destruction and illegal activity.
