I live in a new condo development for over 55 folks.  We are all just moving in and getting to know one another.  Without me even asking, three of my immediate neighbors have all told me in he past month that they are republicans who voted for Trump in 2020 and that they won't do so again.  Anecdotal, I realize, but it was unexpected.
And I have had about a half dozen people tell me if Trump gets the nomination they will have to vote for him because they will never vote for Biden.  Anecdotal evidence goes both ways.

You asked for opinions.  I gave you mine...you're approval of that opinion is not necessary, or even desired.

I have.

Federal prosecutors have nearly 100% conviction rates.

Today Trump faces one federal and one state criminal case and he likely will have another federal case (for sedition) in Washington DC (96% Democrats in jury pool) and Atlanta.  There may be more.

Trump is a survivor.

The weight of multiple indictments is like playing Russian roulette with five chambers out of six loaded.

A twice disbarred Arkansas lawyer could arrange for Trump to get a probation deal in all cases,,,,today.

After one drops a conviction, there will be no deals.

Trump will do a Hunter Biden and plead out.

Watch.

I think your deeply rooted fear of Trump is the whole reason you started this thread, and whether you like my assertation or not, that makes it fair game.  Especially when you're so blind and dumb that you refuse to acknowledge how badly corrupted the 2020 election was, now that it's been proven that the FBI and the DOJ illegally colluded to refute clear evidence of how corrupt Biden was.

You can delude yourself all you like, but you can't fool anyone claiming you STILL don't believe it, and you're dumber than anyone ever gave you credit for if you're actually being honest about it!

2020 was anomalous, but it wasn't corrupt.  We shifted GOTV strategies to maximize mail-in ballots.  You were too lazy and did not pivot.  Sucks to be you.

The Unraveling of the Deep State's Coup Against President Trump
Newsweek by JODY HICE , REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN, GEORGIA 5/11/20

For the first time in three long years, the Deep State cabal against President Donald Trump has begun to face a reckoning. Over the last several days, a series of new revelations have confirmed our worst suspicions that a group of career bureaucrats and Obama administration officials brazenly conspired to undermine the president of the United States.

Last Thursday, the House Intelligence Committee finally released thousands of pages of declassified transcripts showing that not a single FBI or intelligence official could offer a shred of evidence that Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign colluded with the Russian government. James Clapper, Obama's director of national intelligence and one of the principal architects of the Russia collusion narrative, said behind closed doors in 2017, "I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election." Yet, simultaneously, and even years later, Clapper consistently appears on CNN to falsely claim that President Trump was working with the Russians.

Do you folks think that he can survive this pile-on?  I realize that, for the MAGA faithful, the clown could, indeed, shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and you'd never even pause to spit his scrotum out of your collective mouths, but do you really think that the middle of the bell curve - the moderate conservatives not soaked with koolaid, and the independents - will be able to look past his immoral, craven criminality and vote for your guy in 2024?  Your loyalty may secure him the nomination, but it may very well doom him... and his leaden coattails may drag the rest of the GOP ticket down as well.

Discuss!   Image

That's the dems' plan with all their hoaxes against Trump.

Their main goal is to keep a cloud over Trump with all their fake charges against him. Yer ideology is a crime and an embarrassment to our country.

There are three camps of people:

1. Those who watched the Durham testimony and received confirmation about the Russia hoax. This group is going to be highly suspect of litigation on Trump and most likely think it's a political witchhunt...like Russiagate.

2. People who cling to the Russia hoax. This group thinks Trump is a criminal, with or without evidence, and feels any charges are justified if it stops him from being reelected.

3. People who are casual consumers of politics. This group can be swayed one way or the other. They have limited, if any knowledge of FBI corruption, no clear understanding or opinions on the origins of Covid or why Russia is mean to Ukraine.

Group 3 will decide the election.

****!
THIS was the conclusion of the year's long investigation in that NPR piece, a fact you ignorant liberals simply can't accept:
Barr has said he looked to that opinion in concluding that Trump did not illegally obstruct the Russia probe, which was an investigation of whether his campaign had colluded with Russia to tip the 2016 election.
Simple enough for even a liberal dunce to understand!  Except you choose instead to demand something of Barr that was never the intention of the investigation, which was NOT to exonerate anyone, but to PROVE TRUMP DID NOTHING ILLEGAL!

So was THAT the conclusion or not, fool?

Deny it all you like, dickhead!
But the facts remain that every investigation has proven that the DOJ and FBI colluded to obstruct the 2020 election through their lies and their manipulation of social media, AND YOU KNOW IT!

They may well do, but in both cases those felonies are repeating the same felony over and over in order to get to the silly number. The point being, if one instance falls - they pretty much all do. Whether Trump survives the pile on or not is almost a trivial issue. The point for me is, can society survive it? This is not just a pile on, on Trump - it's also a pile-on on 50% of the electorate... while no one will touch the Bidens.. clearly.. Scary times

I think also, just about everyone is sick of listening to Biden supporters call Trump immoral craven and criminal, as if that's a genuine reason for Democrats to not vote for him - when clearly they don't give a **** about any of those issues.
No, I'm not raking through history to 'provide links'. If you can't directly dispute a point, then question your own links.

your math is off.  one-third of the electorate did not even bother to vote in 2020... and Biden got 7+M more votes than Trump.  That means that less than one third of the electorate voted for Trump.  That's a clear minority.
