The guy is a progressive....which means he a ****' nut of poor personal character and NO sense of personal responsibility. They should let the owner of the keyed car work the **** over with a baseball bat and a needle nosed pliers.

There could be several motivations for a guy to kick the **** out of Senator Miller

• Perhaps his car got keyed by him and he is exhibiting "strong emotions" about an old **** senator keying is car.
• Or, perhaps he was personally offended that a Senator would key someone's car because of an innocent bumper sticker.
• Then again, maybe the guy who had his car keyed has a strong intolerance to a Senator Asshole who vandalized his car
• One more possibility is that the guy who got his car keyed lacked any empathy for Senator Miller as he was crushing his skull against the curb with his boot.

Simply enforce the law as it is written... this falls under the umbrella of vandalism. Not all that interesting unless you are what-about-ism addict like the OP
