I have stated it here and on other sites MANY times... Slavery in the America's was NOT created by "WHITE" people... WHITE people did not go into Africa to find and catch black people to SELL into slavery... WHITE traders when they traveled along the west coast of Africa found SLAVERY ALREADY COMMON, among the tribes there. White traders saw a need for workers in the newly settled America's, and began trading with the black chieftains along the west coast of Africa, for SLAVES that they they then introduced into the Caribbean and the America's... YES, they propagated it... BUT it was ENABLED and ALSO PROPAGATED by the black chiefs of western Africa who CAPTURED OTHER blacks during wars and conflicts, SOLD them as slaves to the white traders, and TURNED it into the "SLAVE MARKET" that lasted for 200 years !!
It is also true that:
1) Slavery started WELL BEFORE the written history of ALL Humans...
2) SLAVS and MANY other people were ALSO enslaved in the past...
3) The WORD SLAVE comes from the SLAVIC people, who WERE enslaved by the millions, 1000 to 1500 years ago...
4) Slavery in the western world WAS ENDED by white people in the 1830's... AND
5) OVER 300,000 WHITE soldiers DIED in the American Civil war, FIGHTING to END slavery in America (1861-1865)...
HOWEVER... WHAT may be WORSE than ALL of that? I think it's that the Democrats, who WERE the SAME Democrat Party that seceded from the Union in 1861, to PREVENT slavery from ending... ARE NOW, the Democrat Party who are MISREPRESENTING, MANIPULATING, and LYING about the issue... to KEEP Blacks, Hispanics and Poor Whites, subservient and poor... AND a to KEEP them voting DEMOCRAT !!
The BEST thing that Blacks, Hispanics and Poor Whites could do to IMPROVE their future... is to REMOVE DEMOCRATS FROM POWER... However... with TRILLIONS in Debt that we CAN NOT repay, and money printing (i.e. Quantitative Easing) the ONLY re-course that may be available in the near future... AND the economic CHAOS that ALL of that will bring... it may ALREADY be too late !
