"'I am leaving Russia" declare hoards of young men fleeing the draft and seeking asylum in Finland. Finland, NATO's most recent member, finds that it must now restrict entry of fleeing Russian men. Some young men fled Russia for Turkey, and now that Finland is closing its border to Russian immigrants, they are now seeking to flee through Russia's Turkish border.
