Lawmakers said they had "an argument" with a commanding officer at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida as they pushed for answers about UFOs.Reps. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., and Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla, said their efforts to disclose records about UFOs, or what the government calls unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP), have been met with resistance from the Pentagon and intelligence community.Lawmakers will hear from former military service members David Grusch, Ryan Graves and David Fravor during the House's national security subcommittee meeting next Wednesday, Burchett said at Thursday's press conference.
 "The Pentagon and Washington bureaucrats have kept this information hidden for decades, and we’re finally going to shed some light on it," Burchett said. "We’re bringing in credible witnesses who can provide public testimony because the American people deserve the truth. We’re done with the cover-ups.

When I was a kid in 1973 me and Eddie Boggs saw a big UFO over Spout Spring Hollow.

Now no matter how much you might try and say we were just little hillbilly boys with over active imaginations, I know what I saw, and it was a UFO.

I’m glad the Republicans are  launching  hearings on this.

Me and Eddie were little Republicans when we saw that huge UFO.  It had lots of blinking red lights, it was moving fast, and flying low.

Our folks didn’t investigate a god damned thing, just dismissed us as kids.

Gene Taylor sent out a letter to all his constituents explaining what we were seeing was a dirigible weather balloon.  No cause for alarm.

I never believed that.

Today A-10s from Whiteman fly as low over where Eddie and I saw some kind of silent lighter than air ground attack aircraft prototype in 1973.

The reason those brass hats are stonewalling those Republicans is they are trying to keep us safe.
