How can that be answered?

Biden will smile any way they stammer.

A December date would have relieved the RNC of the worst problem any party has faced in American history.

The race for the primaries is in the Spring of 2024.

Really?  You aren't smart enough to come up with an answer to that question?

"As I understand it, there is an extensive process that is typically followed related to pardons and it starts with an application.  My intent is to only make the final decision on applications that make it through the process and reach my desk."
