loaded with money, people from  cailfornia distort prices of homes in rural areas. the people of small towns spent their lives building a community. in comes the Californians. distorting prices so much the children of these small communities can not afford a home.    rural communities must charge a $250k impact fee on people from california who purchase homes in their towns. this is only right!!!

impact fees: gas tax pays for roads. but out of area people do not pay for your sidewalks. the cost comes from local property owners. your town must pass a sidewalk toll fee. locals get free walking badges. out of townees must pay a fee to use your sidewalks.

More taxes.  Not interested.  More taxes just go to raise the salaries of the worthless government leaches who are given government jobs. How about you just make them feel "uncomfortable" about moving into your neighborhood.  Now, there might be laws about doing this to some "protected classes", but not to Californians.
